Class 3 Ancient Greek Masks

During the Autumn Term, Class 3 studied the topic of the Ancient Greeks.
The children designed and made Ancient Greek masks. They also produced their own art work based on Greek pottery.

 

  Class 3 visited Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery. They took part in an Ancient Greece workshop. This involved dressing up and posing as Ancient Greek people whilst their partners sketched them. The children also had a chance to put on replica Spartan armour which was extremely heavy. Here we have Guy in action!
