Coffee Morning

Jemima, Lizzy, Izzy and Kitty would like to say a huge 'THANK YOU' to everyone who supported them in their recent Coffee Morning in aid of Sports Relief and Operation Sunshine. The grand sum of £107.22 was raised and lotes of items were brought in to donate to Operation Sunshine.

Well done to the girls who worked so hard. They learnt a great deal about being organisers as well as raising a considerable amount of money for charity. Thank you to everyone who helped in some way to make the event such a success.

Quiz Night
This was held on Friday 7th March and proved to be great fun. Ten teams entered the Quiz and we would like to thank them for their support. Thank you to Mrs Stacey who organised the Bar and to Mrs Bassett who was the scorer. Thank you as well to members of the PTA and Friends for all their hard work to make the evening a success. Well done to the winners, Burnt Out (who obviously weren't) and to Terry's All Gold who seemed to enjoy winning the wooden spoon award!  Back to top
Cross Country

Well done to all the children who took part in the recent Cross Country event at Meavy. There were two events, the Fun Run and the Cross Country League. All the schools that participated were from the Tavistock area. Well done to George, Robert, Ryan and Andy who ran in the Fun Run. Andy was fourth overall which was an amazing effort considering he is only in Year 3. Freya, Sarah, Poppy, Beth W, Edward, Haze, Dan J, Michael and Sam ran in the League event. Both courses were extremely challenging and our children were a real credit to the School. They all showed determination and real effort. Well done, we are really proud of you. Thank you to Mrs Nankivell who helped out during the afternoon.
